Solutions — Care Homes

Night cover for every room, on the staffing you already have

KinetiCura augments residential, nursing and memory care teams with continuous AI monitoring across the whole home — flagging falls and behavioural change in seconds, and giving you the evidence trail afterwards.

The pressure

Two carers, forty rooms, eleven hours

Night staffing ratios are what they are. Between checks, a resident who slides out of bed at 2.10am may not be found until the 3am round — and the incident report afterwards is written from what can be reconstructed rather than what happened.

KinetiCura does not add headcount. It adds attention: continuous, per-resident, in every monitored room at once, escalating to the carer app the moment something departs from that resident's normal pattern.

  • Unwitnessed falls found in seconds rather than at the next round.
  • Night-time wandering and agitation flagged as it starts, not after a door alarm.
  • Prolonged stillness surfaced as a potential medical event rather than assumed to be sleep.
  • An objective record of each incident for family conversations and regulatory reporting.
Capabilities

Built for a facility, not scaled up from a house

Multi-camera facility dashboard

Every monitored room on one board, sorted by attention needed. Floor and wing views for the nurse station, and a resident-level history for care planning.

Per-resident baselines

Each resident is modelled individually, so a resident who paces every evening does not generate alerts while a resident who never does will.

Carer app alerting

Alerts land on the on-shift carer's device with the room, the resident and the anomaly type, and escalate to the senior on duty if not acknowledged.

Incident evidence and reporting

Time-stamped anomaly records, response times and outcome notes — exportable for CQC evidence, insurers, and family conversations that would otherwise rely on memory.

Deterioration trends

Longitudinal reporting highlights residents whose mobility or sleep pattern is drifting, supporting earlier GP review and better-timed care-plan changes.

Fewer avoidable transfers

Because the anomaly record shows what actually happened, teams can distinguish an unwitnessed fall requiring assessment from a controlled lowering that does not.

Dignity and compliance

Monitoring residents can live with

Surveillance in a care setting is rightly a sensitive subject. KinetiCura is designed so that the answer to "what can staff see?" is genuinely reassuring.

No footage exists

Pose keypoints are extracted and each frame is discarded. There is no recording of a resident being washed, dressed or distressed, because none is created in the first place.

Consent per resident

Monitoring is enabled per resident and per room, recorded against the care plan, and can be withdrawn by the resident or their representative at any time.

Encrypted and auditable

Records are encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access and a full audit trail of who viewed what and when.

Deployment

A pilot wing first, then the home

Most operators start with a single floor or wing over eight to twelve weeks, then extend once the team has seen the alert volume for themselves.

Site survey

We walk the building, map camera positions and define your needs.

Pilot wing

Edge devices installed on one wing, staff briefed, and consent captured with residents and families.

Calibration

Baselines settle and thresholds are tuned with your clinical lead to match the acuity of your resident group.

Roll out

Extend across the home on a per-bed licence, with reporting configured for your governance cycle.

Pricing
